Sleeping Is A Important Part Of Life. You Have TO Get Beauty Sleep To Be Ready For The Day!
If Yu Dont Have Enuf Sleep Yu Will Be Faced By Dark Circles. There Not An "Illness" For Those Who Dont Know What Dark Circles Are, Its Basically Under Your Eyes It Begins To Go Dark.
Yu Can Prevent This By Sleep Well, A Average 11-12 Year Old Should Get Approx 9-10+ Hours Sleep.
Yu Shud Also Eat You 5 A Day Which Gets Me To The Next Sub.

Second: Eating Well!
Eating Is Important For You Body To Get Active! Many People Think Pop Is The Best Drink To Get You Active However Theres Many Other HEALTY Drinks And Foods To Choose From. Example: Water, You Shud Have Atleast 2 Litres Of Water Each Day! Water Is Important! I Don't Like Water Much But I Love Milk (I Like Cold Milk Only!) So I'd Rather Have That. There Both Healthy And You Shud Be Drinkin Them Alot Then Pop. I Aint Sayin Yu Can't Drink Pop, I'm Sayin To Stay Off Pop And Have The Healthy Drinks More Then Pop! Yu Cud Have Pop But Not Everyday!

Third: Fresh Air!
Fresh Air Is What You Need Like EVERYDAY! When It Rains Sometimes Its Difficult To Go Out Cos Your Parents Obz Doesnt Want You To Get A Cold, So You Don't Have To Then.
In Spare Time In The Holidays Play Ball In The Garden By Yourself Or Front Yard Or If You Have Brothers And Sisters Think Of Something To Do! By The Way Tanning Is BAD For Your Skin I Will Avoid Tanning! I Done It Once And Only Once! So Avoid That!

Fourth: Exsircise!
Excircing Gets Your Body Pumped Up! WOO HOO! But If You Dont Have A Kind Of Routine (Quick Work Out) It May Be Streacthing Or Jogging Ect.
I Wudn't Do Streching JUST Yet Because You May Pull A Joint So Start Of With A Gentle Jog And Run And Then Yu Can Start Strecthing! ^^
Sometimes Its Hard To Stand And Without Bending Your Legs To Touch Your Toes Cos I Had Exprience And I Understand! But If You Try Everyday Upto WHERE You Can Reach It Then I'm Sure Yu'll Get The Hang Of It And Hopefully You Will Be Able To Do It! ^^
