The Thing Is Home Made Stuff!
Its Easy And You Only Need A Couple Of Basic Stuff Which Is In The Following:
Head Band/Bracelet/Necklace/Ect. Jewelry Or Wear
Colours+Pencil!
Paperx2 (Could Be Card. Depends If Its Hard Enough)
Scissors.

So This Is Home Made Thing! Step By Step Btw ;D

Title: Home Made Decorating!

1. Get Something You Want To Decorate, MUST BE SOMETHING TO WEAR]]
2. Get All The Other Appliances/Items
3. Start By Drawing A Design Or Shape That You Want (I Done A Bow)
4. With The Pencil Out Line The Drawing Dark!
5. Start Cutting Around It! (By The Way! It Could Be BIG Or SMALL Depends How Big Item Your Decorating Is)
6. Colour In The Drawing With ANY Colour ^^
7. Get Sticky Tape And Ask A Grown Up (Or Yhu Can Do It) And Make The Two Ends Sticky, Double Sided Sticky! I Crnt Explain! If You Do Not Get It Then Just Use Something That Makes The Drawing Stick On The Item Your Decorating.
8. After You Decorated It You Can Now Wear It, AFTER It Got Dry!
9. Another Quick Tip! Don't Touch The Drawing It Could Fall Of AND Don't Tell Anyone About It!
Just Say Its New ;DD
